The diffraction spectrum with the polycrystalline components is beautifully similar to the regular JC-PDF card according to the reflective peak. The final results point out which the polycrystalline products are high-top quality AgGaGeS4 polycrystals with one stage. Single crystal was synthesized efficiently by utilizing the AgGaGeS4 polycrystals.
